BAR Resources

"BAR" is Biblical Archaeology Review - volumes are located in the Magazine Stacks of Golden Library, at the far back center of the Ground Floor. BAR is on Reserve through the semester - volumes are to be kept in the Library, available for all students. Students may use BAR at the computers in the Library.
Each year, the January-February issue of BAR contains a listing and descriptions of current digs in Israel, and some in Jordan, links to their Web Sites, and usually also some articles by students and volunteers about their experiences on digs. Check out some of these articles to help with your assignment. The articles listed below should be particularly helpful

If you cannot get to the ENMU campus to check out BAR, and if your local Library does not carry this journal, don't worry - there is enough supplementary material in the Internet Links for you to be able to do well on the assignment.
